Yannique respects your privacy. We will not sell or give your information to any other party under any circumstances. Your credit card information is encrypted and stored in a secure server with our online merchant partner, Paypal.
Shipping
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Shipping may take 7-14 business days. All orders will cost an additional standard shipping price of $8.00.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 21 days of receipt from purchase. Requests for returns or exchanges beyond 21 days of purchase will not be accepted, and the package will be returned to the sender. Sale items purchased through Yannique are not returnable, as these items are considered final sale.
We will issue a refund with receipt only, or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred. However shipping charges are non-refundable . Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Allow 7-14 days for returned items to get to us and for processing of a full refund. Allow 7-14 business days for your account to be credited for the full amount charged(excluding shipping). You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the amount credited to your account by Yannique.
