X-QUISITE BIOGRAPHY
X-Quisite is a diverse hip-hop dance group that is currently made up of eleven dance majors and minors from Montclair State University, and Fordham University. Although the group mostly performs hip-hop, members of the crew are trained in various others dance genres such as ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary. X-Quisite mostly performs during the school semester at different talent shows, fashion expo's, competitons, and other events. All in all members of X-Quisite have a strong love for dance and love to perform and showcase whenever possible. Xquisite was founded in 2009 by Sha' Anna Williams a justice studies/ law major who herself loves the syles of dance, being that Sha' Anna is only a dance minor she is not given the opportunity to perform with dance majors in their yearly performances, so she decided to create a dance troup which is now the X-QUISITE DANCE TEAM, she made it possible for other outside dancers that are not dance majors to continue their persue in dance. As for Sha' Anna she quotes "I will never regret creating this team even though i am from boston i feel like i brought home with me and you guys(the dance members) make me feel so special." as for herself she is now the official proud member, captain, and choreogrpher of
X-QUISITE DANCE TEAM.

*X-QUISITE WE'LL BE OPENING WITH JANET JACKSONS RYTHM NATION AT ONE OF NEWARKS BIGGEST EVENTS FASHION IS ART FESTIVAL BEING HELD AT THE PRUDENTIAL CENTER IN NEWARK NJ.
*ALSO WE'LL BE PERFORMING AT THIS YEAR 2011 FALL HYPE NIGHT AT MONTCLAIR STATE UNIVERSITY SEE US THERE.
*WE ARE 1ST PLACE WINNERS OF THE GREAT PRETENDERS COMPETITIONS AND 1ST IN THE DANCE OFF COMPETITION . WE'LL ALSO BE PERFORMING IN MINI SHOWS HAPPENING AROUND CAMPUS WITH OTHER ORGS.
*X-QUISITE DANCE TROUP WILL BE HAVING THEIR FIRST DANCE SHOWCASE IN THE SPRING OF 2012 KEEP A WATCH FOR MORE INFO.

Michelle has been dancing since she was age five, doing competions up and down the east coast. She Studied ballet, modern, and jazz at the Performing Arts High School in Southern New Jersey, and wants to continue dancing in the future. Her other interests include drinking coffee, going to the beach and going to concerts, "LONG HAIR DON'T CARE."
