RONALD LIPOF is the Company's founder and Chief Executive Officer. He enjoys an extensive career of launching emerging growth ventures and moving them to the next level through merger, sale and IPO. Mr. Lipof received his Bachelor of Science degree in Government Relations from Boston University and is a 2002 Honoree of The Boston Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award.ANDREA LIPOF is the Company's founder. She has more than 25 years of finance, corporate planning, financial modeling, and analysis experience. She is a former Vice President and Asset Manager at Lehman Brothers Bank. She received her MBA from Babson College.JERRY YOUNG serves as the Company's Vice President of Sales. He has over 50 years of industry experience with Harold W. Young Inc., a leading independent food broker in New England and throughout the Northeast, where he was President. He is the past President of B.C.S.C. (Boston Confectionery Salesman’s Club), the past President of N.C.B.A (National Candy Brokers Association), a member of Broker Advisory to NCA, and was inducted into the Candy Hall of Fame in 1987. Mr. Young received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University.KEVIN DOUGHERTY focuses on business development. He is a senior executive with over 25 years experience advising and operating businesses. He has had significant P&L operating experience, and is an expert at M&A, sales and business development. He was CEO of a third party software development company, a Vice President at AT Kearney, and was a senior partner at Coopers & Lybrand. He earned an MBA from Fordham University and a BA from Brooklyn College.IRA RASHAP focuses on business development. He has been a business broker since 1993, successfully completing over 200 business sales. He has owned, operated and sold eight of his own enterprises and was a Franchise Director of three national companies, and an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. He earned a BS and an MBA from Babson College. MARC CARNEY serves as the Company's Vice President of Client Relations. He has more than 20 years of retail management, administration, consulting and customer relations experience with CVS Pharmacy and OSCO Drug/Brooks Pharmacy. Mr. Carney is a Registered Pharmacist in Massachusetts. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences and his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Tulane University.JOHN STOWELL is the Company's Vice President of Operations/Logistics. He has 10 years of operational and administrative process management experience, and oversees the Company's food production, packaging, delivery logistics and processes.
JASON KRIGER is the Company's Executive Chef. His 13 year culinary background includes service as a Baker and Head Chef, serving 400 meals three times daily. He is the founder of Kriger Catering in Brookline, MA and has served as an Apprentice Chef and Line Cook. Mr. Kriger is ServSafe certified.WILL HUNTRESS is the Company's Head Baker. He has 9 years of culinary experience in a variety of positions including Head Baker, Sous-Chef and Kitchen Manager. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Maine and is ServSafe certified.
