residential interior design
renovating and decorating your home can be a daunting task. establishing a solid design plan, finding a good contractor, and shopping for the right furnishings is crucial to making your house feel like a home. here at s&e, our goal is to make this process as painless as possible.
whether you're starting from scratch or simply wish to create a new look in an existing space, our team will coordinate your project from start to finish within your investment range.
we currently offer the following residential services:
about us
s&e will visit your residence for an initial consultation. based on the initial consultation, a plan will be created to bring your project to life. be prepared to provide your investment goal to help us plan accordingly.
the fee for the initial consultation is $200 and is due at the time of visit (cash or check only).
once your plan is complete, we will contact you to go over the plan in detail. you may then decide to:
1. execute the plan yourself using our suggestions as a guide, or
2. request the services of s&e to carry the plan out for you at an hourly rate of $25 for additional planning, drawings, purchasing and installation.
note about contractors:
s&e works with various contractors depending on the size of the project. if you prefer, you may select your own contractor, however, be aware you may need to enter into an independent contract for their services.

current projects
s&e interiors is working on the renovation of a residence in alief houston heavily damaged by flooding. this renovation includes redesign of the kitchen, formal dining, great room, office, master suite and game room.

s&e has been involved in a several home projects including the design of the children's bedrooms in a volunteer project collaboration with Makeover Houston, Habitat for Humanity and the Marcus Coleman Foundation.
