Q: How long does it take before the transferred funds are available?
A: Depending on the date of the transfer and the banks involved, typically 2 to 4 business days.
Q: What happens if there on insufficient funds in my tenant's bank account?
A: You will be notified within the 2 to 4 day period. You may manually or automatically re-present.
Q: Do you perform background checks?
A: A standard OFAC report is referenced and credit reports are pulled under rare circumstances.
Q: What about tenants with out-of-state bank accounts or tenants without bank accounts?
A: Any RTN account (including cash cards) may be used, regardless of state.

About Us
I became a landlord at age nineteen and within one month I was in small claims court trying to collect my rent money. Every time I went to the courthouse to file a claim to collect I realized that my money wasn't at the courthouse but in my tenant's bank account.
In 2002, I discovered the technology that allowed me to transfer money directly from my tenant's bank accounts to my bank accounts. For the next five years I never had a bounced check or a late payment. The reliable cash flow allowed me to stabilize my bottom line and capitalize on investment opportunities that otherwise might have passed me by.
Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, my wife Ruby and I moved to Duluth, Georgia in 1992. We've maintained multiple residential and commercial properties and are active in the local business community.
We've come to recognize the problems that many entrepreneurs are facing and truly believe this system can help others as it has helped us.
