The Womens Spring Football League (WSFL) believes in quality. The quality of integrity, the quality of commitment, and the quality of competition. The WSFL is here to help team owners
and players, but most importantly, to help the sport grow.

This page is for the recommended & required equipment for all players in the WSFL:
REQUIRED - (Adult helmets are required. Check with your local distributor)
1.) Helmet - The required rating for a helmet is a "Varsity" or higher. The WSFL recommendation is the Riddell Revolution (XS - XL).
RECOMMENDED -
1.) Shoulder Pad - The recommended pads are the "Zena" series. The WSFL recommendation is the Douglas Zena Pads (120 lbs and larger).
2.) Mouthpiece - The recommended mouthpiece is the "Shock Doctor" brand. The WSFL recommendation is the "Double STC Mouthguard".
