Questions you might haveHow often and how much do I need to exercise?You should exercise regularly enough to get results which means at least two times a week for 30-60minutes. Best results would be achieved with 3-5times training sessions per week. Where do we do the exercises?If you are based in London I´m very happy to come to your place. All we need is enough space. When I was younger I took my exercises in my 16sqm student flat so we should be able to find some space in your place too.If you don´t live in London I can offer you to do our training sessions via skype as all is possible as long as I can see you and you can see me.I can also write down exercises for you and send them via email. Do I need special equipment?It helps if you have free weights or other equipment which we could use for exercises. If not we could use some household items (e.g. full water bottles, books, pillows) to do our exercises as well as old clothes for the stretching exercises.What do you need to know about me to get the best results?I really need to know a lot about you. I have to know everything about your diet, your health (if you smoke,drink or take the pill for example). I want to know which experiences you already have with sports and exercises. I need to know all of your measurements (arms, legs, hips, chest and waist). I need to know your weight, height and most importantly which bodytype you are. It´s not possible to prescribe the same training with different women. Some women have a big belly but beautiful legs and some wide hips and a narrow chest. To know exactly what you need I will require as much information as possible about your body and your lifestyle to choose the right training for you. Will I have to make a strict diet?It depends entirely on where you are now, what diet is required for you and how your body reacts to things. All I know is that starving has never ever brought me anywhere. It brought me into a never ending starving- and yoyo-circle. Food is such a big part of enoying our lifes and I would be the last person who says you cannot have chocolate or pizza anymore. I need to know what you like eating and how much you normally eat. Based on this I´m going to provide you with your own diet plan. You will see that starving and eating strange food is not part of the programme. When do I see first results?It depends entirely on where you are now. When you are already slim but from an unsportive build you will see results after about 2-3months (and I mean you will not only feel them You will really see them).If you have more weight to lose it takes a bit more to see results but you will notice differences after 2-3 months (your pants are wider, your skin "sits tighter" and you feel very energetic). You won´t be able to "count your abs" at this point but will be able to do your "counting" after a while as long as you continue training. Are body weight exercises enough to get me in shape?I do nothing else but body weight exercises for myself as well and I cannot complain about the results at all. In fact> Due to more muscles being involved while doing body weight exercises rather then being on a mashine, you get even more toned and in shape.Do I need to provide any equipment such as mats?Don't worry. I will come with the equipment needed to your place. So I will bring the mats etc. to you.I cannot afford 3 sessions per week but need to train regulary enough to see results. What can I do?I will provide you with regular "homework" from the day on I feel comfortable your exercise technique is safe enough to do so. From this point on you might only see me once a week and train 2times per week after my "homework"-session plan.Is there any basic advice you can give to me according my food intake. What is the worst I can eat when I want to lose fat?Stay away from the sugars and any refined carbohydrates! For Pet LoversI cannot recommend this pet rescue station highly enough. One of my own little guinea pigs is from this place. It's a shame that the website of this great organisation is so hard to find in theweb.If you ever consider getting a little pet friend please give those lovely creatures from this rescue station a chance. I'm so happy with my new little family member.

I accept that I have to pay the full price of the session if I fail to do so.> I accept that any lost time due to my late arrival will not be made up at the end of the session. However if the Personal Trainer is late for a session I will receive the full session time or have the outstanding time added to another session. > I accept that in case my Personal Trainer failing ill or being unable to attend the session, the session will be cancelled and re-arranged.> I state that I wish to participate in activities which may include strenuous exercise.> I understand that my participation in these activities involves the risk of injury and even the possibility of death. Thereby I confirm that I'm voluntary participating on those exercises which have been recommended by the Personal Trainer to me.> I accept that the result of any fitness program by my Personal Trainer provided cannot be guaranteed and my improvements depend entirely on my own personal effort inside and outside the sessions.> I accept that my results may differ from other people's results.> I understand that the Personal Trainer is not be able to provide me with medical advice with regard to my medical fitness and that the information used as a guideline to limitations of my ability to exercise safely. > I certify that my answers given to the Pre-Activity Questionnaire are true and completed to the best of my knowledge.> I accept that it is my full responsibility to inform the Personal Trainer of any conditions or changes of my health.
