Lauro Govoni
Lauro Govoni
Lauro is a photographer, optained his MA in Art and Media Practice from University of Westminster London. His current series is about empty places, 'signs in nature'. A place where you live, a place where you were born, a place where you travel to...Places define our understanding of the world, our perception of it, our existence. A place tells us about our own cultural background and other peoples history. The Empty Places are the crossroads where nature and man made meet. They are abandoned places, emptied of people, but charged with signs of a culture. The place, with its attributes and its history, influences our perceptions of the physical, the social, and the spiritual dimensions of our world. With this series of images, he has been exploring with photography and he has been looking for the sensation, the sublime and the spiritual aspects of these Empty Places as they appear and, as they are transformed by the look of the camera.

Era Vati
Era Vati
Era is a video artist and painter. Her work addresses how social systems in different countries influence peoples image of themselves; how social norms are integrated into personalities and how this dynamism may change when challenged by another social system. Era will show her latest videos that have connection to nature through real objects and fruits. The visual aesthetic of the videos are strongly influenced by 16-17th century Dutch and German paintings that are full of symbolic reminders. Clothes and objects were referred to the persons class affiliation, profession and sometimes their characters. Era obtained her MA degree in painting at Hungarian University of Fine Arts and her MA degree in Art and Media Practice from University of Westminster London.
