The exclusive luxury Bed & Breakfast Villa in unique surroundings. Just minutes from the glitz and glamour of Puerto Banus and the upmarket resort of Marbella, Villa Babylon offers you peace and tranquility in stunning surroundings yet is only a stone’s throw from the many attractions the Costa del Sol has to offer.
Whether it is our delightful breakfast served until 11.00am or delivered to your room, a chilled glass of Champagne by the pool or on your terrace, or a delicious lunchtime snack, your hosts are permanently on-site to cater for your requirements. With our wealth of experience we pride ourselves on our high standards of service and friendly hospitality to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable stay from the moment you arrive.
The Villa
Villa Babylon offers 3 double en-suite rooms on a bed and breakfast basis. Alternatively all 3 guest rooms can be rented solely for your party's use on a weekly basis subject to availablity. The villa and its hosts offer everything to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible including;

What we offer Our service starts the moment you arrive and lasts until the moment you leave. Whether you arrive by car or by plane we are here for you at all times. We provide a wide range of services and can arrange all kinds of things for you, such as;
• Airport Transfers ( max 3 persons): 60€ each way.
• Selection of salads, sandwiches, baguettes and lite snacks available lunchtimes.
• Pre packed lunches available for pre-order.
• Restaurant recommendations and reservation service.
• Bar Service available until 12.00am
• Dry Cleaning Service on request.
• Excursions by Boat, Bus or train.
• Budget Airline tickets (Advice and recommendation only, bookings have to be done by yourself)
• Renting a car, a bike, a scooter or a motorbike.
• Personal shuttle services to: Puerto Banus : 8€

Master Bedroom The Master Bedroom Suite
The large first floor master bedroom opens out to the large furnished terrace offering stunning un-obstructed views over Lake Istan towards the Mediterranean and Gibraltar. The en-suite bathroom features Villaroy & Boch fittings and a large walk in Shower. A door leading off the bathroom leads to an impressive L-shaped walk-in wardrobe. Additional features include direct stairway access from the terrace the pool and an outside shower area. This rooms offers a flat screen TV with Sky and DVD (bring your own).
Please note. The Master suite can be converted from a double to a twin room on request.
Double Room Double Bedroom En-suite
Situated on the 1st floor with direct access to the large furnished terrace providing outstanding views of Lake Istan and Sierra Blanca mountain range towards the sea. This room features a double bed and large fitted wardrobe. The modern en-suite bathroom features a bath with overhead shower and a heated towel rail. Additional features shared with the Master Suite include direct stairway access to the swimming pool from the large shared terrace area and an outside shower ideal after sunbathing or pool use.

Garden Room The Garden Suite
This double room is situated on the ground floor for convenience and easy access. The room features a large wardrobe, independently controlled air conditioning, desk, a modern en-suite bathroom with heated towel rail and walk in shower. Double glazed patio doors provide direct access to a furnished terrace area onto the garden.

What can we say - our stay at Villa Babylon was an absolutely magical experience! Martin and Neil treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure our honeymoon stay was extra special! We arrived to a warm welcome, picturesque view (better than the photos!) and bottle of celebratory champagne! So lovely! We were served delicious breakfasts on the pool deck, given great travel advice and treated like honoured guests. We could not imagine a more beautiful, luxurious accommodation or more gracious, fun and caring hosts! We would most DEFINITELY recommend this fabulous villa to friends and family and truly hope to return again someday soon!

hi Martin and Neil, just wanted to say thanks for an amazing stay. The villa is amazing with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, the service was excellent and personal, the only problem was that we only had 3 nights. you guys went above and beyond in accommodating us and your local knowledge and suggestions really helped us out. I cant wait to come back and visit you when im next in the area (hopefully sooner than later)
