Currently Woodmaster Homes Ltd. is being run by Brent Kroeker. Brent has grown up with the construction industry and has first hand experience with all aspects of building your home. He started off with roofing, framing, cribbing, finishing and then has gone on to custom home designs, woodwork and many other creative and wonderful innovative things.
Since we opened in 1973, our goal at Woodmaster Homes Ltd. has been to supply homes built with QUALITY, INTEGRITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP. You, the customer, look to us as builders to provide shelter for you and your family, to deal with you in a forthright manner, and to guarantee the product we supply.
At Woodmaster Homes Ltd, we strive to meet your needs from a construction perspective as well as with the support you will need throughout your decision making process, and with service and the warranty on your completed home.

History
Woodmaster Homes Ltd. was started in 1973 by the founding member Allan Kroeker in Saskatchewan as a ready built home company. From there he branched into commercial government projects and custom homes. In 1980 Allan moved the company to Pincher Creek, Alberta. Here he focused on government projects such as the Bolton Creek Trading Post, the Blairmore senior citizens appartments and in the 1990's the Mount Royal College student housing.
In 2000 Woodmaster Homes Ltd. started focusing more on custom built acreage homes and custom homes in Okotoks, High River, Black Diamond and Turner Valley. Deb joined Woodmaster Homes in 2007 with many years experience in running an office. She can answer most questions concerning your home or can direct you to someone who can.

Mike and Jen work together as a sales team for Woodmaster Homes.
Jen has a business degree from Mount Royal College and was a licenced Real Estate Agent. She loves to work with custom home plans and website maintenance.
Mike worked for many years in management with Safeway before becoming a realtor and joining Woodmaster Homes.

Brent Kroeker
Brent has many years of construction experience all the way from concrete work to finishing.. Brent completed his Master Builder Certificate through the Alberta New Home Warranty Program and is currently a Certified Moisture Control Technician.
Brent has a passion for building custom acreage homes and will work directly with home owners to make their dream come true.
From walking your land to finding that perfect buiding site, he will be there for you.

Woodmaster Warranty
Woodmaster realizes an effective and efficient Warranty program is a must. We strive to make your experience a positive one with the peace of mind that projects will be done to your approval.
We do not spend much on advertising as we believe our best marketing is our clients themselves. We focus on making you happy so that you in turn tell others about the positive experience.
Woodmaster has been a member of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program since 1989 and received numerous awards for their outstanding warranty, including the Golden Hammer Award.
Every home owner is entitled to one three month warranty visit and one year end appointment. Any other calls and service visits that are not deemed to be an emergency will be billed to you for the warranty specialists time. Please see list below for emergency items.
A. 90 Day Appointment
In order for our service program to operate at maximum efficiency, as well as for your own convenience, we request a waiting period of 90 days prior to submitting a warranty list. This allows you sufficient time to become settled in your new home and thoroughly examine all components. Please call Deb _ 933-4828 to book your appointment.
B. One Year Appointment
Near the end of the eleventh month of your one year warranty. Please contact Woodmaster Homes Ltd to set up an appointment with our warranty service specialist. This will be your opportunity to check your home for items to be submitted for final warranty action. This appointment must be booked no later than 15 days beyond the expiration of the builders one year warranty. Once you have your appointment booked, make your list of issues for review and have it ready for your appointment day. Our Service / Warranty technician will arrive and go through your list, document it and start working on any issues right away. Failure to book your appointment for any reason will not constitute an extension of the warranty period.
