Our Bishop
Bishop Anthony J. Hatcher is the Apostle and Overseer of the World of Faith Outreach Christian Center and The World of Faith Covenant Ministries International where he partners in ministry with his wife Pastor Charlene Hatcher at the headquarters in Rockledge, FL.
He is known as a premier leader in establishing churches by utilizing the powerful medium of apostolic authority. He is a multi-faceted leader reaching all aspects of the community. His multi-gifts have caused him to be sought after by diverse leaders from all different ethnic backgrounds to address religious, business, political, civic and educational issues.
Bishop Hatcher has degrees in Biblical Studies (BA), Christian Counseling (MA), Christian Education (D.Edu), and Doctorate of Divinity (DD). He is listed in the Biographical publication of Who’s Who in America Universities of Colleges. He was also recognized by First Lady Nancy Reagan, wife of former President of the United States Ronald Reagan, for the Great American Family of the Year Award for displaying committed family values. Bishop Hatcher has also been recognized by three of our local cities for his and the ministry efforts in the community with the ‘Key to the City of Rockledge’ and September 25th is recognized as ‘Bishop Anthony Hatcher and the World of Faith Outreach Christian Center Day.’
Most recently received his Ph.D. in Doctorate of Religious Studies from Tabernacle Bible College. Thereafter, Bishop was named President of Brevard Christian University. Bishop has extended the reach of the World of Faith Outreach Christian Center by making it one church in multiple locations. In his recent travel he has had the privilege to speak with and minister to leaders of the third world nations.
He is committed to preaching and teaching a relevant word base on biblical principles in the most precise and profound form of sound doctrine so that every individual will be able to apply wisdom to achieve victory in their time of crisis. Bishop Anthony Hatcher has a heart for lost souls being added into the Body of Christ. The Lord has shine His grace and favor upon Bishop Hatcher as you will witness through the ministry God will release through this powerful man of God.
Our Pastor
Dr. Charlene Y. Hatcher is the pastor of World of Faith Outreach Christian Center and The World of Faith Covenant Ministries International with her husband Bishop Anthony Hatcher at the headquarters in Rockledge, FL.
She is a dymanic woman of God who teaches the Word of God in clarity and divine understanding. She has a heart for the people of God. A passion for enriching peoples lives with the word of God. Pastor Charlene is a trailblazer in the Kingdom of God. She has a powerful deliverance ministry.
She was ordained into the ministry by Bishop Gene Boyd, General Overseer of the Tower of Deliverance Ministry.
In 1992 she and her husband became covenanted in ministry with the late Bishop (Dr.) George Lee III of Living Word Christian Center. Who was a profound leader under the Auspices of Bishop Earl Paul, Cathedral at Chapel Hill the Archbishop over the International Communion of Charismatic Churches, which represents about 10 million Christians. Pastor Hatcher displays her multi-faceted abilities by reaching all aspects of the community. By her many invitations to address the Religious, Business, Political, Civic and Educational communities in many nations, her multi-gifts have caused her to be sought after by diversities of leadership from all different ethnic backgrounds. In her early phase of ministry her family and she were selected by First Lady Nancy Reagan, wife of then United States President Ronald Reagan, for the 1984 American Family of the Year Award. She recently completed her PHD at Tabernacle Bible College in Tampa, FL.
Pastor Hatcher along with Bishop Hatcher by the grace of God founded the World of Faith Outreach Ministries, which has its Headquarters in Rockledge, Florida. World of Faith Outreach is also the Headquarters for the International Ministries that are planted throughout the European hemisphere. This Ministry has changed the lives of thousand of people.
Pastor Hatcher is a very profound conference speaker. As an International Speaker, Pastor Hatcher has traveled extensively: i.e. the Holy Lands, from the Egyptian Desert to the Holy City Jerusalem, Israel, Rome Italy, England, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium and Canada. Her most recent sojourn being Jamaica and Canada, Pastor Hatcher is known as a premier leader in establishing churches utilizing the powerful medium of apostolic authority. Ministry Purpose
The Ministerial Institute Ministry seeks to prepare young men and women for future ministry and guide each student in developing a deep, intimate relationship with the Lord. The students experience the disciplines of memorization and meditation on Scripture, personal prayer, studies related to the ministry, and character development, as well as participating in practical ministry opportunities. With the focus of putting the relationship with Christ above all else, instruction is given in the Biblical languages, counseling, preaching, evangelism, prison ministry, and Church history.
The Prophetic Ministry is a ministry that uses the prophetic gifts released by the Chief Apostle of the Ministry to speak forth the mind and counsel of God for repentance to be taught and righteousness to be preached in order to bring restoration and a return back to God and healing of broken bodies, souls and spirits. What is written and said will be a testimony of the truth of Jesus— as revealed from Genesis to Revelation. The Prophetic Ministry speak words of exhortation, comfort, correction and revelation. There will also be individual and corporate edification, learning and comfort. The prophetic ministry covets to exercise the prophetic gift for the purpose of edifying the ekklelsia of God whether it be in writings or in speaking. This ministry will seek to mature the saints by preparing them for works of public service, or ministry, freely given, and to teach them how to build up the body of Christ. Its purpose is to bring about unity of the faith that comes with the knowledge of the Son of God so that the body of Christ will mature into the full measure of Christ Himself. The Prophetic Ministry will continue to help the body of Christ grow in understanding and experiential knowledge of that which has already been written for us in the Bible, the word of God.
Deacon's Ministry
The Ministry of Deacons is one of ministry and service to Jesus Christ through His Church. They are to attend to total congregational care, other Christians, for their physical well being, for their spiritual well being and to witness to those outside. Deacons ensure the care and maintenance of the church property.
Family Group Ministry
The Family Group Ministry is responsible for assisting the many socials and fellowship times for our adult members. Major focus will be placed on group activities as well as the care for adult members of the congregation. This ministry will also offer many opportunities for un-churched people to connect in many fellowship settings with the goal of church visitation and membership.
The Youth Ministry is responsible for assisting the many socials and fellowship times for our children members. Major focus will be placed on group activities as well as the care for children members of the congregation, and helping to develop their relationship with Christ. This ministry is designed to give our young people a solid foundation in their faith in God. Reinforcing this with study groups, personalized church services, as well as shared involvement in activating their spiritual gifts. This ministry will also offer many opportunities for un-churched people to connect in many fellowship settings with the goal of church visitation and membership.
Xperience Ministry
The Xperience Ministry is responsible for assisting the many socials and fellowship times for our young adult members. The Mother's Ministry is responsible for assimilating members into a ministry. The Mothers Ministry serves many areas withing the church body from prayer, care and soicals to visitations, mothers and families. Focus is also place on the spiritual growth of our women.
Christian Education Ministry
The Christian Education Ministry engages in the education of faith through Sunday School and Bible Study, grounded in the biblical stroy and the gospel of Jesus Christ, (2 Timothy 2:15). Teaching members grow in faithfulness, theological understanding, and social responsibility. Changing lives with transformational teaching.
Performing Arts Ministry
The Performing Arts Ministry share in invoking the presence of the Lord through the avenue of dance, drama, prophetic songs, and the Word of God. Our Performing Arts Ministry is designed to fully use the Arts to carry the message and good news about Christ to the Nations of the World. The Lord has challenged us to make a joyful noise. We believe in representing that praise from the nations and cultures of the world that believe that Christ is Lord.
