Our standard inspection fee is only $250.00 for a single family and $375.00 for a 2 family. We offer
competitive rates on multi-family dwellings. (3 or more family).

New Dimension Report- Your new dimension report (Created by the ITA) will tell you the condition of the property. It is easy to follow with artwork and detailed explanations provided for greater understanding. Each Report section comes with its own index tab for easy to reference. Also included in your report are inspection standards and free home inspection safety guide.
