Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH in warm, dry and relaxing Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Art abounds as the owner is an artist!
You will have a direct view to the ocean - from most rooms: living room / lanai / kitchen and master bedroom! Sleeps 6. Totally upgraded throughout in 2011. Outfitted just like home with all kitchen amenities, wireless internet and great beds. Both bedrooms have airconditioners.
Because it is part of a rather small condo group, it has a very quiet, private and tropical feel. The grounds include an awesome solar heated pool, large grassy areas, flowering plants year-round, shuffleboard, BBQ 's and outside dining area.
You will have direct beach access to swimming, beach combing, sunbathing, snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing and miles of peaceful beach walks. It is a brief walk to a nearby supermarket and shopping center and close to many fine restaurants and a wide range of moderately priced dining.
Kitchen and Dining - Extra large, upgraded with all new appliances and granite countertops.
It's supplied with all the necessities of home ..... but in paradise ......with direct ocean views!
Living Room - Great tropical feeling with an awesome ocean view, all new wicker furniture, large digital TV and blue-ray player. The new couch has a queen hide-a-bed with top quality thick mattress.
Second Bedroom and Bath Twin beds that can be converted to a king. A "surfer theme" that is a lot of fun. Large closet. Air conditioner.
Master Bedroom and Bath - Spacious room with queen bed, large closet. Italian stone walk-in shower, one-of-a-kind super large clamshell bath sink! Air conditioner.
Awesome Ocean View - Sit here and listen to the birds chirp happily to each other. Listen to the waves hit the shore. Sip a cup of Maui coffee, read a book or have a great siesta!

Rates:
- Apr 16 - Dec 15 .. $144/night. Hawaiian state tax of 13.42% not included
- Dec 16 - Apr 15 .. $159/night. Hawaiian state tax of 13.42% not included
- Cleaning fee of $100 is waived for stays of 7 nights or more.
- $200 deposit secures reservation (personal check).
- Full payment by personal check is required 45 days prior to arrival.
- For deposit refund (less $50 fee) cancel 30 days or more before arrival date.
- For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, payments will be retained. However, if the space can be re-rented, a pro rata refund will be issued.
