...and this is what I do.

I take pictures, that is what I do, and I love what I do! Shortly after high school I found my calling. I needed to be capturing the beauty placed before me. After working for several one hour photo labs, and spending some time working for uncle sam I realized that I needed to hone my craft. After some travels I ended up back in my home state North Carolina. I attended Randolph Community College receiving a A.A.S. in Biomedical Photography, and along the way I have rubbed elbows with some of the greatest names in photography. Upon graduation I was looking for a new photographic outlet. I began instructing photo classes at the Sawtooth School for Visual Art, which is ironically the place where I witnessed my first print "pop" from chemicals. I am now coordinating the Photography department for that very school. I am also continuously working on photo projects, and I am available for hire.
