Hello, Fellow Cyclists!My name is Alan Williams and in the summer of 2007 I biked across the United States with a group of dedicated cyclists from America By Bicycle. An amazing trip! The culmination of a lifetime goal! Along the way I kept a detailed journal, and have turned this journal into a memoir entitled "From Sea to Shining Sea: A Ride Across America" recently published by iUniverse, Inc., Bloomington, IN. This book is an interesting read for any cycling enthusiast, and an invaluable tool for anyone contemplating such a journey. He now lives in Washington State with his wife and their golden retriever.
