This website was created for the Pound Down Contestants. This is a place that we can come to blog about our progress in this competition. This is also a hot spot for healthy "finds" that we discover along the way. Fitness Regimen

As a competitor in 2012's Pound Down we are to work out 5 times a week. Kent Paul of Turbo Training Fitness provides us with access to his training facility and also provides us with access to attend his "BOOT CAMP." New Finds: Healthy Choices

Here is our first New Find at King Soopers

This is Ronzoni's line of healthy pastas called the Smart Taste line. This pasta has the same nutritional value as whole wheat pasta with the same taste as regular pasta. On sale right now at King Soopers for .99 cents.

Nutritional Facts: Total Fat 0.5g, Total Carbohydrates 40g, Sugar 1g, Protein 6g and your serving size is 2oz. Total calories per serving size is 170.

Here is where all the competitors get to keep everyone informed on their progress. Plus, this gives everyone the opportunity to share stuff with one another in this competition.
