As a comitted musician it can be hard to concentrate on making music, working to survive on top of trying to make sure your band is ready for gigging and then trying to organise gigs, venues, advertising etc. We take care of the boring stuff so you and your band can concentrate on whats important Making music.
We work as a team with our bands.. its a two way process so everyone is working together every step of the way. We dont try and run your band, thats your job. we advise and we help, but you have the power..the final say on everything.

ABOUT wild breaks
The Incarnation of WildBreaks has been gently edited here as the full version is best told around a campfire like an old urban legend.
On a random surf trip around the North Island with only a few vital supplies ; tent, beer,boards, blankets and guitars a group of musically minded yet musically mediocre friends set up camp in the carpark of a well known surf break to drink their beer and regale each other with far fetched embellishings. It wasnt long before the guitars were out and we were all singing and yelling like dogs howling at the moon.. And after the singing came the great music debate.all conversation flowed around the ideas of music, recording music, gigging, forming a super band it was chaos but there was one very valid idea that sprung up that night.
Perhaps it was our lack of musical genius/talent and our passion for music that started the random musings late one nightperhaps it was the song we heard the waves pounding out..
Nevertheless WildBreaks was formed under the stars with a desire to help NZ musicians achieve their goals, reach their potentials and affect people the way it has us There are never enough truly great musicians.

ADVERTISING / PUBLICITY
To make sure you get as many people at your gigs as possible you have to advertise. word of mouth is a powerful tool but in the age of technology the web, telephone, flyers, posters etc are vital tools. Visual aids help people associate one thing with another which triggers the memory. Getting the right prices for your adverts,flyers, posters etc can be frustrating and time consuming. Its our job to make things as stress free for you and your band as possible.
BIO
Every band needs a well written bio an introduction piece, a background. Its easy to write a boring diatribe about yourself but a bio should grab interest and quench the thirst for knowledgePeople are curious by nature, they want to know who you are, why you are and where you came from..your fans want to feel like they can relate to you, like they journeyed with you and struggled with you. Event organisers and Venue managers want information they can use to promote you at their end.
