The goal of the Economics Challenge Club is to motivate student interest in economics. We organize teams of Wootton students to compete in two national competitions: the Personal Finance Challenge and the National Economics Challenge. We also prepare students for the AP Econ exams, and offer free tutoring in economics.

National Economics Challenge Website
The National Personal Finance Challenge is an opportunity for students to demonstrate their knowledge of Personal Finance by competing with other students across the nation in a three-round competition.
The two teams with the highest scored will then compete for the national title in a fast-paced "Quiz Bowl" round. This year the Missouri Council on Economic Education, with funding from Wells Fargo Advisors, is pleased to invite winning teams from participating states to Saint Louis, MO for the National Personal Finance Challenge.
