Nice of you to stop by and check out my page. I love to capture pictures that are timeless and make you aware of everyday places we take for granted are beautiful. What one eye sees in one picture the other captures an essense, a style. Each of us have a style in the work we do. Our creative endevours take us to the place where we can create. Thus like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, my photos are my home.

About me
Since the day I was born, I entertained. I was my father's baby model while he studied under a very famous baby photographer Joseph Scheider while we lived in NYC. I sat for 'Pop's' for hours under extreme conditions possing doing what he asked me to to do. All this time I thought I was playing for him. Little did I know I was helping him built up his photographic portfolio which he never published. But through father, I learned to respect his work. He specialized in black n white and faithfully carried a camera - his prize possesion Rolley Flex and sometimes his trusting Voighlander which I hold dear to me. As I look at the hundreds of photos he took of me and my family I knew he had a wonderful eye to capture expressions and convey warmth with selective filters he 'd choose on any given day. Respecting his patience and gift to produce life as he saw it and watch the photos
he produced in his darkroom.... he taught me to respect the art of life.
With that said, he added... Timing is everything when you are creating, and if you use it well and respect all that life has to offer, pay it back with respect.
I will never be as gifted as my father, but then again I have my own gifts I wish to share with you. Being in front of the camera you are the subject... now behind the camera - I respect all who do what I do. Though we each have a style and mine comes from years of experiencing life and respecting the arts. I do enjoy simplicity

Some details about me and my vision
I am a survivor! A 'Jane of all trades" with a yearn to keep learning. I have done quite a bit of living knowing my creative juices flow in the Fine Arts. I am an Author of two books of poetry and just completed my first picture book...and there is more too come. A blog writer who enjoys telling it like it is. I may have done a bit of this a bit of that to get where I am. You can call me a 'late bloomer' . But hey, the best things in life come to those who wait...and I'm tired of waiting...Let's Go!
