For months I've been dragging it out. I need to build a website to showcase my music, but Im really not that technical a person. I see cables and it sends chills through my spine but I really wanted to build my own website, so as to make it as personal and authentic as possible. We all know that the minute we start working with other people, their vision intrudes on ours. Anyway, about a week ago a friend of mine send me a link to this great website, Wix.com. I started playing around with their platform and looking at different examples of websites that were already created with flash. Not only was I able to make my own website, I was able to learn fast how to make your own website for free!

I collected my texts and pictures, my music and video clips and found a free flash template that I both like aesthetically and included the type of pages that I needed to display my material. Then I started playing around with the colors, with the different animations. Before I knew it 3 hours had past and I hadnt finished playing. And it was just for fun! Eventually I got busy and had build my website. Bottom line, thanks to Wix.com I was able to create my own website for free while having a blast. Thanks Wix.com!
