There you will be able to list any allergies, concerns, or special care needs your child may have. Visitor forms will be available at the check in counter. Save some time and complete a form to bring in! > Visitor Sheet <Check InIn order to provide the safest environment for your children while in our care, we follow a strict check in process.Check in begins at 10:30 AM and closes at 10:50 AMOnly parents , guardians, and certified volunteers are allowed in the Family Life Wing.Two trained & certified volunteers will be present in the classrooms at all times.To check your child in, you will sign the check in sheet. Then, you will receive a Security Tag. This tag will list your Security Number that authorizes you to pick up your child. Your child will be given an identical Security Tag & number. You must have these security tags to check out your child.In the event we need to contact you during service, your Security Number will appear on the screen in the sanctuary. Please make your way to your childs room.For safety and stability reasons we ask you check your child in at the door, instead of going in the classrooms.During the service a Team Member monitors the Family Life Wing.WellnessFor the protection of all our children, please do not bring your child to class if they have been ill within a 24 hour period with the following symptoms: FeverDiscolored runny noseConstant coughVomiting or DiarrheaUnexplained RashEye InfectionsMisc.We dont veer from our designated class rooms ages. This is for the safety and development of all the children attending.volunteersVolunteersOur Family Life Ministries are completely fuelled by volunteers.
