What is the Hardway you ask?
For the past 7 years in mid-August, youth from our province and some from out of province descend on the Castle River in the Foothills, close to the Crowsnest Pass in Alberta. They come for a Holy Spirit empowered weekend youth event. The awesome power of God is present and we have seen radically changed lives and many rededications to the Lord Jesus Christ. This year's theme is RISING ABOVE. This event promises to be the most dynamic weekend yet. We are passionate about sharing the redemptive power of Jesus Christ.
Who can attend The Hardway?
The HardWay weekend is primarily targeted at today's youth and young adults. It accommodates youth and young adults, 13-25 years old. Children, 12 and under, must be accompanied by an adult or parent. Families are included because our desire is to be a support to parents as we seek to become Christ-like.
Why Come to The Hardway?
First, because it is a weekend designed to encourage youth and young adults with the message of Jesus Christ. This is a message of salvation, healing, deliverance and newness of life!
Second, because the price is hard to beat ... $29 early registration by July 15, 2009....$39 regular registration ... includes all meals and camping fees for the weekend.
