We're located at 88 Keefer Place near the corner of Abbott Street. We are directly accross the street from International Village Mall (formerly known as Tinseltown Mall) nestled in the commercial podium of the Firenze towers.
We specialize in well-being supplies for dogs and cats. We consider ourselves a grain free shop and encourage health through proper nutrition over medication.
We offer a growing selection of frozen raw food, grain free kibble, cans, treats, hormone free chews, and homeopathic remedies.
We also keep a good selection of toys, rainwear & sweaters, leashes, collars, harnesses, bowls, and other supplies. Whenever possible we make considerations for eco friendliness, support local brands, and of course, the cool factor.
Remember, we're only limited in space, so you can always ask us to bring in a particular item you might be hoping to find.

After many requests, we are infinally opening a dog daycare facility this November on the 2nd floor of the International Village Mall (formerly Tinseltown Mall).
The daycare is a supervised indoor facility offering full day, half day, and even hourly rates.
The current shop on Keefer Pl is a convenient drop off location in the mornings before 10am and throughout the day. All dogs are picked up by owners directly from the daycare.
We also offer overnight boarding off site, though space is limited. As we progress we'll offer more programs and retail services. Join our facebook for updates.

Keep your dog on leash
For reasons of safety, control, and respect for other patrons and businesses of the mall, we require you keep your dog on leash while in and around the daycare facility. You never know what may spook your dog, cause it to react to another dog or person, inspire him to mark his territory, or who knows what else.
Medical Requirements
Proof of current vaccinations or Titre Test for Distemper Combination, Rabies, and Bordatella is required. Puppies must have their 3rd (or equivalent) set of shots. Owners must ensure dogs are dewormed, do not have fleas, lice, ringworm, or other communicable illness or pests.

Restricted Dogs
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate the following dogs for the safety of your dog and other dogs attending daycare:
**We love all dog breeds and definitely have a soft spot in our hearts for the misunderstood bully breeds but sadly our insurance provider does not permit this. If you own one of these breeds and need help finding dogwalkers or boarding services we can help you make arrangements off site or with other trusted dog service providers.
Late Fees
So say you didn't make it back until 9pm the total cost NOT INCLUDING your daycare fee would be $60. Keep this in mind and make sure you remember to make it back in time or make arrangements to have your dog picked up by others before closing time.
Q&A
Where exactly is the daycare?
We're on the 2nd floor of International Village Mall (formerly Tinseltown Mall). Enter the mall from the Keefer Place entrance (next to Starbucks). Take the first escalators on your left. We're at the top of the escalators just to the right.
Where do I drop off my dog?
If you are dropping off before 10am just come to the shop. From there we'll make sure they have a quick pee at the park before heading into the daycare. After the mall is open to the public at 10am you can carry in small dogs. Any dogs too large to carry in can be dropped off at the shop throughout the day or we can open the stair-well for you off Abbott St. just next to Crosstown Liquor.
Where do I pick up my dog?
All dogs are picked up from the daycare location. You can carry your dog through the mall if small enough. Larger dogs can exit out the stairwell next to the daycare which lets you out onto Abbott St. If you are parked in the underground we can escort you and your dog down to the parking level via the elevator.
Can I visit while my dog is in daycare?
Unless you can come in an invisible suit, we strongly advise against visitation during daycare. More often than not this causes anxiety and stress at the sight of their owner leaving without them. If you want to see your dog in play come earlier than your intended pick up time.
Do the dogs stay indoors?
Yes, our daycare is an supervised indoor facility. But don't worry, pee breaks are provided outside throughout the day by our staff who will be taking them out in groups no bigger than four dogs. Should you want to add on an outdoor or adventure walk we can arrange that for you at an added cost to your daycare service with one of several local professional dog walkers.
What happens if I'm not back by closing?
Well... there are late fees in addition to your daycare fee. It's a lot less than other dog daycare facilities, but we need to cover our costs for over time and give you incentive to make it back in time. See House Rules for late fees.
Can I have someone else pick up my dog?
Yes as long as you provide us with the details of the person picking up your dog ahead of time. We require their first and last name, phone number, and their relation to you.
