Victor Zeiser is a lighting designer based in New York City. He is experienced in a wide array of events spanning from rock concerts, to music video shoots, to musical theater tours with everything in between. He prides himself on balancing conceptual and creative skills with an extensive technical background.
In 2002, Victor got his start in the industry through his high school and attached PAC, The Norris Cultural Arts Center. There he found an appreciation for the artistic elements of lighting and began to develop his skills as a lighting designer. Victor went on to pursue his BFA in Lighting Design from Webster University's Conservatory of Theatre Arts and graduated in May 2010.
While living in St. Louis, Victor was employed by Logic Systems Sound and Lighting, a large St. Louis-based production company. There he worked on everything from programming automated and digital lighting for A-list parties to leading crews in the setup of arena rock shows.
Since graduating, Victor has worked on two national tours; first as an electrician on the 2010 Toby Keith tour through Bandit Lites, then as the production electrician for the 2011 national tour of The Music Man. He was also thrilled to donate his creative services to the Nashville flood relief, by designing the lighting for the Retune Nashville Concert Gala. Since moving to NYC Victor has worked as a freelance lighting directorfor venues including: The Gramercy Theatre, (le) Poisson Rouge, and The Highline Ballroom. He traved to Macau, China to be the GrandMA2 programmer, for a production of FAME, which utilized 60 moving lights. He also has worked on a variety of special events and designed for theatre. He currently is employed by Frost Productions.
Victor was the lighting designer for a benfit concert for a Nashville based orginization called Retune Nashville. The concert was held at Soundcheck in Nashville and featured a wide variety of singers all in one night. The lighting rig comprised of all Martin LED gear was provided by Uplight.
Victor designed the lighting for Building Rome's CD Release Show at the Pageant in St. Louis. Lighitng was a combination of the house equipment and a ground package rented from Logic Systems Sound & Lighitng.

Victor has experience with using 3D rendering programs that can be used as design tools, or for programming a show before it loads in. He is expereinced with GrandMA 3D and ESP Vision.
