We are a small, familiar kennel located in Santiago de Chile, South America. We breed in order to have nice quality show puppies, as well as incredible pets and friends. Because of this, Von Rodewald Dachshund's have been raised up full of children and dogs around.
As we are a small, familiar kennel, we do not have puppies ALWAYS. We breed our dogs when we think some interesting puppies will be born, we are not a commercial kennel. You can get further information about puppy litters in the puppy page.

Vondox Darknight 'Claudio' was bred in Argentina by Eleonora and Carlos Seifritz. He arrived Chile and hit the ring this 2010 at the junior category, becoming the best JUNIOR IN BREED and also the best JUNIOR IN GROUP! But we haven't finish; 'Claudio' is also the number 19 dog of all breeds, as he has won many BEST IN SHOW colocations.
Claudio, also won many times the adult breed, becoming also the BEST OF BREED for this year, and the BEST OF ADULT GROUP too, with a very tight competition but with a happy ending.
He is a very sweet dog with a serious personality; very good with children and with other dogs.
We expect a lot from Claudio in the year 2011, as he is starting his 'modeling' career in shows as an adult...
Little boy Kenzo is bred by Jacqulyn Waggoner from lildoxis in Wisconsin. He is an exquisite english cream male, who is coming to our house soon. We expect too much from this baby boy!
Heavens is Kenzo's sister; bred by Jacqulyn Waggoner of Lildoxis too. She is a nice cream girl. We're expecting to have her here in a short time...!
Sammy is the first mini long we had. She arrived home and won our hearts inmediatily.
When talking about her achievements, we're very happy to announce she became a Champion and it's running to become International and Latinamerican champion too. Sammy, last year, was the BEST JUNIOR IN GROUP, and also the best of breed. (2009)
This 2010, Sammy was best opposite sex (as Claudio won the best of breed) and also was the 4th in ADULT GROUP.
Hopefully, next year Sammy is becoming a grand-champion (we're missing one point) and also latinamerican and international champion. Also, we are thinking about travelling with here to make her career more complete.

We are expecting puppies from Ch. Samantha Rockstone and Ch. Vondox Darknight. From this two champions we think we might have some nice show prospects. The puppies are going to be born between the lasts days of December and the firsts days of January.
We're also having another pregnant mum, Blau; she is a blue dapple girl! Ch. Vondox Darknight is the father too. We expect to have here some nice Blue dapple puppies, as their Grandmom, by Darknight's side was a Blue Dapple too!
