History. The idea of running a National event that would bring together the most passionate, talented and driven young entrepreneurs and enterprising students was born under the auspices of National Consortium of University Entrepreneurs (NACUE). Originally inspired by UKES - a similar student enterprise conference held in 2008 and 2009 in Lancaster and Sheffield, NACUE NSEC was first launched and run at University College London in March 2010. With 40+ speakers, spread over 3 keynotes, 8 panels, 9 workshops and 3 innovation garages; 20 exhibitors; an UnLtd funding clinic; a £1k Shell LiveWIRE pitch competition and unbeatable, ongoing networking from Friday-Sunday, NSEC 2010 was truly the event of the year for young entrepreneurs.
