A busy wahm (work at home mom) to 5 beautiful children and a 10 year Hockey Mom to 4 boys, Heather has spent many hours in the ice rink! Taking her sewing and graphic design abilities to work, she has come up with some great items sure to please the Hockey Mom and her family!
Well aware of the chilly, hard bleacher and bench seats in the hockey arenas, Heather came up with the Hockey Heiny!
Observing and taking charge of many Hockey Siblings toting along their treasures to practices and games, the Busy Bag was created!

Heather and her husband Jeff are very involved in the Minnesota hockey association their boys play in. Together they cheer on their boys and lend a hand when and where ever needed in the association. Items must be purchased in bundles of 12 of each item. This includes any combination of Puck Pillows (premade or personalized), any combination of Busy Bags and any combination of Hockey Heinys. You can not combine different items to reach 12 - you must order 12 of the same item. We do not buy back any unsold pre made items and take no returns of personalized items.
Fundraising items may be purchased for seller to customer orders or for mass sales. Items MAY NOT be sold for more than the listed retail purchase price.
Orders for pre made items must be placed 4 weeks prior to needed delivery date. All pre made items orders must be paid for before at the time the order is placed.
Orders for personalized items may be taken for fundraising. A minimum of $200 in sales is required for this option. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery after orders are turned in to Hockey Moms Rule. All custom items orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed.

The Hockey Moms Rule Puck Pillow, Busy Bag and Hockey Heiny are all exclusive to Hockey Moms Rule. All items are handmade and so may proudly bear the slight imperfections that accompany such craftsmanship; however, we stand behind the quality of everyone of our items.
SHIPPING -
Your item(s) will ship via USPS with tracking. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to ship. Custom pieces and larger orders may require 10 days. A tracking number will be sent to you when your item ships.

RETURNS-
Because of the personalized and custom nature of our items, we will not accept returns on embroidered name pieces or custom orders. Pre-made items will only be taken for return in a case of extreme manufacturer defect. Any returns that have been authorized must be sent back within 10 days after customer has received the item.
PRIVACY-
All information collected during the sale transaction is for use by Hockey Moms Rule only. We never sell, rent or give away any customer information. Any information obtained by us will be used to complete customer transaction and used in communication with customers about sales and other specials offered by Hockey Moms Rule. Customers will have the option to opt out of any communications they may receive.
PAYMENT-
We accept credit cards via pay pal, e check and existing funds via pay pal and check or money order via USPS. All personal checks will be held 5 days to assure bank clearance - items will ship after this time.
All invoices are through pay pal. You can pay with a credit card without needing a pay pal account and it costs you nothing to do so. You can also pay via credit card over the phone at 763.262.1534.
