We can either begin right away or schedule the home staging to fit your schedule. Then when we come and do the home evaluation we can be sure we are meeting your needs and get the job done so you can begin showing right away. We know that time is of the essence! The faster the staging, the faster the showing, the faster you can have a speedy and profitable home sale!We believe in simplifying the home staging process and have made it as easy and affordable as possible. Instead of offering several packages, we offer just one...the Staged to Sell Package! One package...you choose how far you want your staging to progress. Step 1 - Tour and List ConsultationHome Stager will tour the interior and exterior of the home and will present you with a personalized Home Evaluation Handbook and pictures so that you can begin staging yourself or we'll move on to Step 2.Step 2 - Home Staging Prep WorkHome Stager coordinates related professional services including cleaning, packing, painting, repaires, etc., with vendors for the homeowner, if needed. At completion of services, homeowner can then proceed utilizing the Home Evaluation Handbook provided to you or proceed to Step 3. (We have a Referral List if needed). Step 3 - Complete Home Staging SolutionHome Stager will conduct the consultation, deliver the report and pictures, develop a plan with the clients for the prep work that needs to be done and then return once the work has been completed to implement the staging so that home can be showcased to potential homebuyers. Our Pricing StructureThe average national home staging price is $75 per hour. We have made it affordable for you by offering a rate of $69 per hour for the first two hours and $25 for each additonal hour (up to 3 hours). Each consultation starts with a consultation that will last approximately 2 hours. Any hours after that would go into prep work and /or the actual home staging. Redesign rates are the same as Home Staging rates. Additional hours beyond 5 hours stated above would increase to $35 per hour.A deposit of the first 2 hours is due at beginning of Home Staging Consultation.Balance is due at end of service.
