For 18 years, Shane has trained in more than 1400 classrooms, boardrooms, and all different audiences. He specializes in making material approachable and fun. When he lived in Lithuania as a Fulbright Scholar, one of his first big training obligations was a weekly briefing for the Lithuania Presidential Cabinet on environmental converns.

Shane's worked with Microsoft, Environmental Defense Fund, Intel, JD Power & Associates, more than a dozen cities around the USA, the country of Lithuania, and the middle school next door.
For every big well-paying project, he finds a community project to give back to. Whether a local school or an international nonprofit, his view is that every time a large company takes money from someplace, it must be replaced locally.
