About Ursula
It was my love of birth that brought me to explore the body, and my love of the body that brings me even closer to the wonder of birth. I am passionate about the innate intelligence of our bodies and the mystery of life energy and awareness moving through us.
For the past 14 years and counting I have been exploring birth, healing touch and embodiment. I find that working in simple modalities combined with deep presence and alive breath yields great possibility for healing, transformation and more joy!
Besides my work as a healer, I write poetry and prose, tutor at an after-school program for girls, enjoy rock climbing, yoga and running. I am the mother of a beautiful daughter born at home, and I continually find that this small being is my greatest teacher.
I enjoy working with all people who are interested in feeling more alive, more connected, more present in every way in their lives. Our work together is a friendly collaboration empowering you to be in your greatest state of wholeness and happiness.
