Our Cupcake philosophy ...
My husband pointed out every time we went to dinner that I have to request some alteration to the selection on the menu. That was my inspiration for Brooklyn Cupcake! Signature cupcakes inspired by our Puerto Rican and Italian heritage and the opportunity to create your own personal cupcake. Baking for all my family functions for over 20 years we're ready to share with our hometown of Brooklyn the 'simple pleasures of a cupcake'.
Our concept: Always use quality ingredients. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Madgascar Vanilla, Valhrona chocolate are just a few of the key ingredients in our cupcakes. Make flavors that represent us. Flan, Rainbow Cookie, Dulce de Leche, Tiramisu. Enjoy the individuality of each cupcake that can be created just for you. And above all, make the best cupcakes in Brooklyn!

Brooklyn Cupcake is a proud food sponsor of Peyton's FUN Raiser Volleyball Tournament. Peyton's FUN Raiser is a Beach Volleyball Tournament dedicated to helping children who suffer from SMA.
Brooklyn Cupcake is thrilled to be part of the 'Friends of Firefighters', block party for NYC's Bravest. Friends of Firefighters, Inc. is a New York City not-for-profit corporation that began as a community-based group in response to the events of September 11, 2001. Focused on providing immediate practical support to the firefighters and their families in the New York City area. Located in Brooklyn's historic 'Red Hook Fire Station' it is a wonderful gathering space for all NYC Firefighters.
