About the Firm

UDC DesignGroup designs marketing pieces for businesses and organizations.

Studio XXIII is a custom couture design house, specializing in weddings and special event stationary.

A creative mind, a personal touch

I am Cicily Pettigrew, a freelance graphic designer of Dallas, Texas.

Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed being creative. While still a sophomore in high school at Townview Magnet Center, I launched Upside Down Creations Design Group in 2004 to pursue my passion.

I received a Bachelors of Fine Arts with a concentration in Drawing and Painting at the University of North Texas at Denton, May 2011.

I have a very active life, full of social activities, including being a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, Inc.. and the Southwest Wedding Professionals.

PROCESS

Process

DesignWe ask that you first fill out the information form. We will then contact you for further information to help us better personalize your event. You can select from any of our website samples as inspiration to allow us to custom design to your personal style. If you find a design that you love from our collection, please keep in mind that we try to keep each project custom, without duplication or reproduction. You can mix and match, or start from scratch. Our biggest priority is that your order is exactly what you envisioned it to be. PaymentHalf payment with signed contract is due before we begin the design process at the time of consultation or quote. We accept Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Checks. No checks, please.ProofOnce you have selected your design and wording we will email a pdf proof. After you have evaluated your proof and made any necessary revisions, a final copy will be e-mailed for a final approval. Once approved, designs will be considered complete and if changes are made after this point, additional charges may be incurred. ProductionOnce you have approved your final design, it will take approximately two weeks to assemble your order. However because our art director is a full-time student, we highly recommend ordering at least six weeks prior to the need date to allow ample time for the design, production and assembly of your order. Rush orders are available for special circumstances, please ask for more information. ServicesCorporate : Wedding : Events : T-shirts : Couture DesignRefundsAbsolutely no refunds on personalized printed or handwritten products or completed orders. In the event of cancellation, all costs incurred to date are billable. A hourly design fee will apply. If the remaining balance is not fully paid after seven (7) days of notice of order completion, a late fee following will be charged to the remaining balance per day and reported to our billing and claims department unless otherwise stated. UDC Design Group will not be held responsible for damaged or lost products.
