This month we are honoring our members and exploring what membership means. We are often asked to join organizations and often the only criteria is dues. If you pay your money, you can belong for a specific amount of time.
To become a member of this church we ask that people go within and thoughtfully decide if they are in alignment with our beliefs, if they believe that this church has value to their lives and that they wish to contribute to it.
Being a member means that you are taking ownership in this community. It means supporting the church with your time, talent and treasure - attending Sunday Service on a regular basis, supporting us financially and volunteering your time. Weask that you find a way to serve that you enjoy so that service never feels like a burden.
I believe that when we truly commit to something or someone we are changed.
We move from I to a greater we. We expand and deepen and grow.
If you are not yet a member, I hope you will consider joining our church. If you
are currently a member I ask that you prayerfully recommit.
This church is not a building. It is us - you and me - and the consciousness that we bring.
Lets together make this a safe, warm, spiritual home where all are welcome.

We will be honoring all our members those who have been a part of this
church for years and those who are new to our community. Please come and let
us honor you at our Sunday service.
Foundations Class
Begins Sunday September 19th- 12:30-2:30 pm
This is our Back to School month. September is the time of our Foundations Class. If you would like to know what we believe, in a concise, logical way, this class is for you.
It is an in-depth look at our teachings. You will explore your beliefs about God and your life and see if what we teach resonates with you.
The class is experiential, interactive and fun. It is a great way to connect with others and
make friends. You will learn our core beliefs, the spiritual practices of affirmative prayer, meditation, study, service and giving in a relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere.
I believe so strongly in the importance of this class that I do not charge the suggested price of $275. Instead, I ask only that you pay for the class materials, and books and I put out a donation basket every week to help cover costs.
I know that this class can change lives. It changed mine.
Class starts Sunday, September 19th, from 12:30 2:30 pm and goes for twelve weeks. I hope you will join me.

similar consciousness by honoring our church and the space we offer. Please
