Our philosophy is to offer the local community, as well as visitors,the best care and resort style spa treatments. We have selected a variety of spa services to best suit your needs. Our therapists are highly trained professionals who will provide you with just the right care and results in a relaxing and comfortable environment.

Policies, Considerations, & Spa Etiquette
Reservations/Arrival times
We recommend booking your appointments in advance in order to best accommodate your schedule. However, we understand that sometimes you may have last minute requests. Walk-ins are always welcome. In these situations, we will always do our best to accommodate you. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled arrival time to fill out any necessary paperwork and unwind. Late arrivals will end at the scheduled appointment time at the regular service price.
Please note that sanitation and hygiene are a primary concern to us. Each treatment room will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each service. In order to do so properly may take a little extra time. Although we do our best to stay on schedule, sometimes we may run few minutes late. In the meantime we will do our best to help you feel comfortable. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation policy
If you must cancel your appointment(s), we ask that you do so more then 24 hours in advance to avoid a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within less then 8 hours will be charged for 50% of the service. If we are able to fill the appointment time there will be no charge. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment(s).
For individuals or small groups, booking 3 or more services, we will require a credit card or gift certificate to be taken in order to schedule your appointments. We kindly ask that any cancellations be made 48 hours in advance or you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made in less than 8 hours will be charged 50% of the total services.
WHAT TO BRING?
If you plan to enjoy any of our Hydrotherapy treatments, please bring a comfortable swimsuit.
Children
It is essential that we secure a quiet and restful environment for all of our clients. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa unless they have a scheduled service.
Cell Phones & pagers
To ensure a peaceful and quiet atmosphere we require that all cell phones and pagers be turned off prior to entering the spa.
Valuables
We regret that we are unable to accept the responsibility for lost, stolen, or damage to any personal items. Therefore, we recommend you dress comfortably and leave your jewelry at home.
Payments
Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. We are unable to accept Discover or American Express. No credit cards are accepted for purchases under $20.
Gratuities
Here at Spa 4 Life we offer highly trained professional therapists in order to offer pleasing services each and every time. A gratuity of 15-20% is customary and greatly appreciated by our staff. We apologize that we are unable to process gratuities on credit cards. However, we will be happy to accept a check or provide you with a small envelope for cash.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available and a wonderful gift to offer a friend or loved one. A gratuity of 15-20% is included in the purchase of any package otherwise; gratuity is not included unless prior arrangements are made. Gift certificates can be used for services only. To ensure that there is no price difference we recommend that you use yours at your earliest convenience. All gift certificates will expire within one year of purchase. Please call to book your appointment. We look forward to servicing you.
Return Policy
We cannot provide any refunds for product purchases. Exchanges or store credit may be provided for products within 7 days of purchase. NO refunds on services, gift packages, or gift certificates.
Client Appreciation Spa Dollars
We appreciate your giving us the opportunity to service you. To show our appreciation, we will provide each client with $5 worth of Spa 4 Life Spa Dollars for every $120 spent on spa services. Upon request, you may receive a gift certificate for the total value of accumulated spa dollars. You can spend it on a service, buy a product, or give the gift certificate to someone else as a gift.

Clients who refer Spa 4 Life to friends, family and associates, is the highest complement we hope to achieve. To show our appreciation for every 4 new clients referred, we invite you to receive a Spa 4 Life Signature Massage on us!
