Let Platinum Party help organize and personalize your next upcoming event. From small gatherings of 15 people to corporate events of 500, Platinum Party will customize to fit your needs. You can be involved as little or as much as you'd like in planning and customizing your next event.
We can completely coordinate your next big corporate event, doing it all start to finish. Or, we can work with you to help tie up all the details and help get you into great venues that will best suit your company's needs.
We can organize company holiday parties for your company or help arrange an award banquet for your top empolyees.
Engagement parties, vow renewals...we here at Platinum Party would be honored to be apart of your most dearest celebrations. If you have a vision in your head, we can make that happen. If your drawing a blank, we would love to meet with you and discuss all available options for you.
Weddings are such an important time in life to all of those involved. It is a very exciting & hectic time as well. Many brides try to do it all themselves but get overwhelmed by all there is to do.
Here at Platinum Party we are here to work with you, not take over (unless you want us to). We realize this is your special day. Our job is to make it easier on you.
We know how special weddings are on an individual basis. These packages are listed to give you an idea of the services we offer. Please remember, this is your wedding...we are here to work for you. Any package may be altered to suit your wants & needs. Please feel free to call & ask us any questions you may have.
Day of Wedding "Lily" Package
In this package we will confirm with vendors, help the couple create a wedding-day timeline and handle wedding-day details from start to finish. We would like to meet with you beforehand either in person or via telephone in order to get the names of the vendors you choose & to be able to hear what you invision for your special day so that we can make your special day stress-free for you & be sure your dream day comes true.
Day of Wedding Package Pricing* $ 1,195 +tax
Platinum Consulting "Rose" Package
For a Platinum Consulting Package we will take time to meet with you to recommend venues and vendors, offer advice on colors and style, provide etiquette advice and help, you, the couple, stay on track with your planning -- but we will not handle legwork and small details. On the wedding day, though, we will be there to interact with vendors and make sure the day goes smoothly.
A Platinum Consulting Package Pricing* $ 2,095 +tax
The Platinum "LilyRose" Wedding Package
The Platinum Wedding Package is the ultimate in your wedding planning needs. We will help arrange every last detail of your dream day with as little or as much involvement from, you, the couple. We will help set the style and colors, find ceremony and reception venues, recommend & contact vendors for you, accompany the couple to food and cake tastings and screen vendor contracts. We will even send invitations and track RSVPs. On the wedding day, we will put in a full day troubleshooting, handling last-minute details and keeping the event on schedule.
The Platinum Wedding Package Pricing* $ 3,456 +tax
*All of our prices are based on the packages listed above. We know that each individual wedding is unique in that of their wants & needs. Therefore, if you don't need something in a package the price would be lower. Likewise, if there is something you want to add the price may go up.
Also, these prices our based on weddings of up to 100 guests.

Weddings are a crazy-exciting time. Different families coming together, so much to plan, so much to do. In actuality planning a wedding can easily become the most stressful time in the Bride's life.
Wedding planners already know the ins and outs. We know the good venues, florists and photographers that would suit you best for your big day. You can be invoved with as much or as little as you would like.
What will it cost me?
We have all types of different services or packages that we offer. We love what we do thats why we do it! The packages listed are just to give you an idea of what we offer. Any event or wedding can have a custom package built to fit your needs.
Do I have enough money to hire somebody else to coordinate my special day?
Think of it as part of the overall budget for the wedding. Then realize, that the wedding planner will actually save you money by their professional knowledge & negotiating ability that they have with the local vendors. By experience, we know the best venues for your budget that will give you the wedding of your dreams.
