How do I make an appointment ? You may call Tisha via Skype, use the or email designbykiku_gmail.comdirect. We'll meet at your convenience on Oahu or via internet video/phone- Skype.
What happens during a consultation? We review your needs and wants for your website, graphic design, photography or all three. Then you receive a proposal stating all that we discussed and recommendations for your approval.
What is your shipping policy?
You may combine shipping for items as long as they are in one cart. For special accomodations such as blind shipping, please or call us via Skype- use name "invitationsbykiku"
Shipping is done via USPS priority, express or global priority and express. We will have to declare items for customs for global shipping. This may cost you extra, depending on declaration.
Priority Mail- 3-4 days
Express Mail- 1-2 days
Global- You will be contacted with additional shipping costs and transportation times.
What is your return policy?
You may return any product if it is in resellable condition within 30 days. Product may not be a custom designed product created specifically for your project. Also, any products received in lieu of donations may not be returned. Shipping will be reimbursed if it is damaged by Kiku Kami, LLC
