Lily Chelemengos' design philosophy is simple: Provide the client with a "Feel Good Interior."
Lily always had a knack for making a space beautiful, but in 1997 she decided to follow her dream of becoming an Interior Designer. She graduated from the College of DuPage's Interior Design program with honors - and with quite a following.
It has been her goal to design unique and beautiful interiors reflecting ones personal taste with furnishings of comfort and quality. Modern aesthetics for a great room design must include space planning, traffic flow, and proportions of furnishing and elements that are appropriate and pleasing, taking into consideration color, shape, texture, and design style.
Lily's Design Specialties include custom furniture design, kitchen and bath design, custom racking wine cellar design, CAD computer aided design drawings, and color consultations, as well as personalized furniture, fabric, window, and wall treatment selection. She also providesconsultations in design psychology of graceful living for the baby boomer generation, otherwise known as Aging In Place Design, as simple changes can lead to independence of the retiring generation as they become less able to manipulate stairs and other such design factors.
Tiger Lily Collection is happy to serve clients of all budgets and demographics. Past clients include upper residential suburban homes, small apartment studios, Chicago lakefront condominiums, show house designs, and home interior staging to sell or rent.
