Camp Knutson has been in operation for over 50 years. Throughout the summer, Camp Knutson partners with organizations that provide summer camp experiences for children with disabilities and/or special needs. Campers are enrolled through summer camp organizations. Located on 30 acres of beautiful, wooded land, Camp Knutson's newly-renovated facilities are handicap-accessible for all. The camp, located on a peninsula, is surrounded by beautiful lakeshore. A popular spot with campers is the beach where swimming, boating and other safe water activities are enjoyed daily. Children with disabilities are partnered with adults who have similar to add encouragement and mentoring.
