The Fire Board, executive director and staff has as our mission, to encourage and respond to people's desire for authentic expression. We believe that social and cultural awareness generates and sustains social justice. We design our youth development to help youth/young adults cultivate the leadership, self-discipline, self-confidence and self-esteem necessary to lead positive and productive lives. We understand that education and participation in the arts and culture contributes to the healthy development of young people, their families and communities.
