We take our office policies very seriously. Please remember that you will be charged a no-show fee if you do not make us aware that you will not be in attendance. You will also be charged a late cancelation fee for canceling after 8:00 a.m.
Insurance benefits are sometimes different for rehabilitation services than they are for general medical services. It is your right and responsibility to become familiar with your policy and how benefits will be determined for speech therapy. When you inquire, please be sure to give the patient's diagnosis (if known prior to the initial evaluation or the designated diagnosis by the evaluating Speech-Language Pathologist after the initial evaluation) and ask if this diagnosis is excluded under your policy.
