Below are the Party Palace's current standard rates:1 character (one-hour party) . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 1502 characters (one-hour party) . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 225We also offer props for certain themed events. If you would like to create your own party package with more than two charaters and/or the use of props, you may contact us to receive an estimate.Mileage fee:A $0.50 per mile fee is charged for events that are more than 10 miles away from our base location in Montgomery, Alabama.An event will not be considered confirmed until payment is made in full. We accept payment by check and credit/debit card via PayPal. Please do not send payment until youcontact us to confirm the availability of your selected character(s). If you feel your character(s) performed admirably, feel free to provide them a gratuity.

Other Terms and Conditions
The provision of character entertainment includes entertainment by your selected character(s) at your home or other location of your chooising, including stories and fun activities with the event's child of honor and guests. If you have further questions about the entertainment a specific character will provide, feel free to contact us.CANCELLATIONSThe Party Palace must be made aware of the cancellation of an event at least 48 hours in advance. If this advance notice is not provided, the Party Palace will refund the amount paid, less $100.DEPOSITSThe Party Palace does not accept deposits. Payment in full is required to confirm booking of an event.LIABILITYThe Party Palace provides character entertainment. The Party Palace accepts nor assumes any responsibility or liability for accidents or damages that take place at an event. The Party Palace is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from any activity taking place before, during and/or after an event. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client. DISCLAIMERThe Party Palace does not offer characters from television. The Party Palace only offers performers dressed in costumes and it is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. The characters that the Party Palace offers are not name brand copyrighted characters, and there is no attempt to market them as such. The Party Palace will only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that the Party Palace does not represent its performers to be any licensed character. The Party Palace cannot be held responsible for non-performance of contracted obligations due to certain events including, but not limited to: cancellation or postponement of the event by the client, riots, war, acts of God or natural disasters, acts of government and other actions of authorities that are beyond our control.

It is essential that our characters enjoy children and have the ability to keep them entertained.
