an awakening of the arts through worship.
The Renaissance was a great cultural movement which brought about a period of scientific revolution and artistic transformation, at the dawn of modern European history. It marks the transitional period between the end of the Middle Ages and the start of the Modern Age.
We are experencing another renaissance in the Kingdom of God as we worship in spirit and in truth. Come and be aprart of a great awakening that will usher in a new season. You don't have to be a professional artist. Just come and learn how to abandon yourself in worship and allow the Holy Spirit to use you as a paint brush !
Psalms 45:11 ~ The king longs for your beauty. He is your Lord. Worship him.

Creating a Kingdom Culture (Part 2)
Dear Family and Friends of the KOG Church in Glasgow, Scotland:
Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus! Today we gathered once again in the loving embrace of the Fathers Heart.
Ben Monteith, our lovely Worship Leader again lead us into such sweet fellowship and into the Holy of Holies for worship, Intercession and prayer.
We desire to keep you up to date on what is being released prayerfully and prophetically during our services. We will do our best to concisely put it together. If anyone whom released words here has further detail, please don't hesitate to email me to add more in the areas where I have maybe missed writing something down. I am realizing more and more that we should start recording mtg's and releasing video rather than text so you can also experience in person whats happening.
Our dear sister Nancy released the first word of the day. The Lord was revealing to her the Ancient steps to the high places. The Lord is saying to come when you are weary. I put the sword in your hand, I put the the balm of Gilead in your hand Says the Lord! To cause you to know you are my Priest, My King, My Prophet.
The Nets, the nets being ready to be mended, to catch and hold the fish. You are mine no matter what color, shape or size!
Our dear sister Jacqueline saw a rounded road turn to a strait road. She saw old ruins, being built, brick by brick and people crying and weeping. The Lord is saying, No man can stop it, I will use you to get those people, the lonely ones, the ones in heart break, I will reach out! Starting right now, its a new day! This way is a new path, the path to build that Church.
Brenda released: I haven't given up on you! Amos 9:13 the sower catching up to the reaper you will be glad when you see one another, you will be happy and joyous. I trust you!
A question from the Lord, can i put your spirit on the 20, 50 120, like I did with Moses? I am multiplying MY Spirit, says the Lord.
Aaron released: There is more to do in the city! X marks the spot, I see the Lord giving each of you a map. X marks the spot. I will show you!
Aaron felt lead to stand in the gap in repentance and ask for forgiveness on behalf of Fathers and Husbands of those in the room whom felt they had fallen short in their being a Godly example in the home for there children and wives.
Spontaneous prayer and intercession broke out for for un-saved family members (called them in by name) and the prodigal sons/daughters to return and drink of the Lords Love.
Dear Sister Sally confirmed that she had heard the Lord say "The Prodigals are coming back"!
During worship time everyone individually as lead took Communion.
After worship Aaron continued Part 2 of the serious "Cultivating a Kingdom Culture".

THE HISTORY OF THE TAMALE
Tamales just might be the best food ever created. If you have ever had a good one, you know just what I am talking about. Tamales are best on a cold winter day. The spiciness and the warmth do a body good.
Tamales can be traced back as early as 5000 BC. They served as a nutritious and portable food for Aztec, Mayan, and Incan warriors.
In modern times, Tamales have become a favorite fall time food in Mexico and many parts of the United States. I have observed that it is really as much about making them as it is about eating them. Growing up, I can remember the Hispanic women in the community gathering in the fall to make tamales. Tamale making was a social event . . . a time to renew old friendships and make new ones. Often young women would return home to make tamales with their mother.
Now, as an adult, I see that this tamale making tradition has expanded beyond the Hispanic community. Many people remember growing up next to a sweet old Mexican woman, and remember fondly her tamales, and the warmth and love with which she shared them. They long for another taste, and decide to try and make a batch themselves. I receive numerous emails from people every day sharing their childhood memories of tamales, and their desire to rekindle the tradition in their own family. For them, making tamales takes them back to a simpler and more peaceful time.
In making tamales, you are not just making and sharing great food, you are creating memories. There are lots of things you can do with your friends or children that generate memories, but there is something special about tamale memories. I think it is the combination of the good time, the smells, and the wonderful taste that combine to create a poignant memory that will last a lifetime.
Enjoy!
