INGREDIENTS
Pork and Chicken Tamales:
Corn dough, salt, cumin, shredded chicken/pork, stock, chicken or pork meat, vegetable oil, chili sauce.
Vegetarian Tamales:
Corn dough, spinach , mozzarrella cheese, milk, vegetable oil, salt, cumin.

We now make our meat tamales with shredded pork or shredded chicken instead of being grounded. One customer suggested this, and so we listened. We believe this will make our tamales tastier.

Our Tamales are now 156 RMB / dozen due to rising cost of ingredients. We try to keep our prices as low as possible, but due to uncontrolled circumstances we must change our prices to keep our business going.
We hope to have your continued support.
All of our tamales are cooked before delivery. You only have to reheat them, when you're ready to eat them.
EAT THEM?
The corn husk wrap is not edible, so unwrapped the husk. It's either a finger food or you can use fork to eat from the husk, add some salsa and sour cream and you're good to go!
REHEAT
~Microwave ~
If frozen: defrost for 2-3 minutes in microwave,with tamales still in plastic bag (make a couple of holes into the plastic bag using a fork or sharp edge). Reheat several seconds per tamale. It's ok to leave husk on tamales. A dozen tamales total cooking time is 2-4 minutes.
~Steamer~ rice cooker/stove stop steamer
fill steamer with 1/4 water, place on medium heat.
If tamales are refrigerated, steam for 10 minutes
If tamales are frozen, steam for 15-20 minutes
For a dozen tamales total cooking time is 15-20 minutes.
