As a golfer you'll enjoy the challenge of our 18 hole championship golf course. Rated #1 in the area, it was literally cut out of the woods and no two holes are the same. Situated on a high bluff, this course has been designed for scenic beauty overlooking the bay.

Friendly to the beginner as well as challenging to the low handicapper. The club comes complete with a 19th Hole Bar and Grill., fully stocked Pro Shop, electric golf carts, driving range, and putting greens.

Banquet Facilities No Frame

The Terrace Bluff's banquet facilities are unique with its multi levels and commanding views of either little Bay de Noc or our championship 18 hole course. Better suited for smaller gatherings with a capacity of up to 270 people, the rough cedar and stone interior provides an atmosphere that is unmatched in our area.

The Lakeside or Golfside dining rooms along with the circular open pit fireplace and decorative rock water fountain are sure to provide that special setting for any occasion. Full wet bar service awaits your party in our secluded lounge and dance floor area. Here is where your entertainment is able to do what they do best.

Our extensive banquet and buffet selections are pleasing to every taste and budget. All our events receive careful attention in planning and are orchestrated to perfection by the banquet manager and crew. Grab a bite to eat before or after you hit the course. The 19th Hole serves hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, and cold sandwiches daily from opening until 4:30. A new addition to the 19th Hole is recent years, our full menu has been wildly popular; featuring items such as appetizers, grilled sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, kabobs and more. The 19th Hole also features a full service bar. Enjoy your meal and drinks in our dining area, at the bar, or if the weather permits, take in the fresh air in our outdoor patio area.

2012 Golf and Membership Rates

Golf memberships include: unlimited golf, pool, tennis, and 20 punch range card.

Junior Singles: $530

Junior Single memberships are available for individuals who are 29 years of age or younger as of May 1st of the current year.

Single: $580

Single memberships are available for individuals who are 30 years of age and above.

Junior Husband and Wife: $720

Junior H/W memberships are available to married couples who are both 29 years of age or younger as of May 1st of the current year.

Husband and Wife: $775

Husband and Wife memberships are available to married couples who are age 30 and above.

Junior Family: $580 + $60 per child

Junior Family memberships are available to families where only one parent will use the facilities along with children through high school.

Family: $775 + $30 per child

Family memberships are available to families where both parents are members along with children through high school.

2-Person Household: $800

This membership is available for persons that share a household but are not legally married.

Student: $250

Student memberships are for students ages 12-18 where parents are not members.

College Student / Parents members: $150

For students who are attending college full time with a minimum of 12 credits who's parents are members.

College Student / Parents not members: $275

For students who are attending college full time with a minimum of 12 credits who's parents are not members.

Cart storage is for 12 months. Persons using the cart must be the cart owner or an immediate family member or a member of the club. To loan your cart out to others is strictly prohibited.

Trail Fee: $45 per cart/per year

Trail Frees are required for private cart use at the club.

Cart Lease: $425 per season

The information below highlights some of the benefits of the program and also provides pricing information and general rules of the cart membership. If you have any other questions concerning this program please give us a call and we will be happy to answer them.

Benefits

No initial investment (new cart - $4800 approx. used cart $2800 approx)

No maintenance fees ($60 per year approx. gas extra)

No storage fees ($130/gas $160/electric per year)

No trail fees ($45 per year)

Current model carts. Always clean, always convenient.

Guidelines

Tee times must be made 24 hours in advance so we can reserve cart.

Only 2 people per cart.

Only 1 cart per membership.

Cart must be used at our club only.

Must be 18 years or older to operate.

Responsible for any damage done to cart.

Pricing

Cart Membership $425

Membership quantity is limited and will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.

LESSEE agrees to keep said golf car in the same conditoin as when received. It is expressly understood and agreed that LESSOR shall not be liable for damages of any kind whatsoever, whether to persons and/or property, and/or loss of time, and/or any other loss, arising from the use of, operation of, or in any other way connected with the said golf car or any part hereof, from whatsoever cause arising. LESSEE agrees to hold LESSOR free from all such damages. THE LESSEE AGREES TO PAUY OR REIMBURSE THE LESSOR, ON RETURN OF SAID GOLF CAR TO LESSOR, FOR ALL CHARGES INCIDENTAL TO ALL BREAKAGES, SHORTAGES, OR DAMAGE, OTHER THAN ORDINARY WEAR, TO SAID GOLF CAR, DURING THE TERM HEREOF.

LESSEE agrees to keep said golf car in LESSEE'S custody and not to sublease or re-rent same.

The full agreement bewteen the LESSOR and LESSEE is contained herein, and time is made of the essence of this agreement. The receipt of above golf car, in goof order and repair is hereby acknowledged by LESSEE.

New member referrals: For every new member that you refer/bring to the club, paid in full of course, we will reward you and our new member with a $25.00 gift card. Our way of saying thanks for helping us grow the game and our membership here at the Terrace Bluff.

Gift Certificates can be redeemed here at the club or at the Terrace Bay Inn. They're just like cash, good for food or beverage, proshop purchases, guest green fees, cart rental, driving range, motel rooms, etc, etc. (Note: cannot be used for membership payment or tournament entry fees) That's $25.00 for every new member. (Single, Junior Single, Husband & Wife, Junior Husband & Wife, Junior Family, or Family) Sorry, Pool/Tennis, Student, or College memberships don't apply for the program. If you bring 2 members, that's $50 in gift certificates that you can spend. The more you bring, the more you make. It's that simple.

Membership Rewards on guest green fees. Again we're rewarding you for bringing us business. You'll receive a $25.00 gift certificate when you fill up the Membership Rewards Green fee card. You'll get 1 punch each for a 9-hole green fee, a UPGA fee or a twilight fee and 2 punches for a full 18-hole fee. Get a total of 20 punches and the gift certificate is yours. (Sorry, group functions don't apply, limit of 3 punches per person per day. Guest must be playing with members.) Dear Members,

Welcome to the 2012 golf season. With the mild January weather we're having we are sure thinking of the golf season and everything that comes with it. Warm weather and great golf.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for lettin gus serve you in 2011. The weather was nice, course conditions the best they have ever been and the activity calendar was full of events. A great summer recipe for fun there in the U.P.!! Congratulations goes out to Jackie Bartczak, winner of the early buy-in membership, Rodney Poupore, winner of the membership raffle at the opening party, Patty Deluxe, winner of the Titleist AP1 irons at the summer party, and Craig Hertig, membership winner at the annual closing party. Only at the Terrace Bluff can you have so much fun and win prizes like this! We would also like to congratulate the following on the "greatest feat in golf"; Mike LaFleur, Mary Vandeveld, Joe Lagina, and Bryan Burak. All had holes-in-one last season, great job!

2011 also brought the purchase of more rental carts, a new roof on the north and south ends of the club house and new club house equipment. We also took delivery of a new Toro Rough mower in September. The Toro is a state of the art 5-deck rotary mower used primarily around tees and greens and in tight areas. It promises to give a better rough cut, save us time cutting, save of fuel comsumption, as well as maintenance downtime. The mower it replaces was bought new 17 years ago and was at the end of it's life. The new one comes at a cost of just over $40,000.00. This is one example of the cost of the equipment we use to maintain the golf course.

The 2012 season is a benchmark for us in that, thanks to your patronage, we have been here 35 years. To say the least it's been fun serving you, our members. We're looking forward to the next 35.

This summer will also bring us a new chef by the name of Rob Mattoon. He is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute. He brings with hima wide range of talent in the culinary artsand is sure to spice up the menu here at the club. His experience is extensive in all facets of food operations so look for expansions of the 19th Hole menu along with Seafood Nite on Friday. More info will be forth coming as the season progresses. We're looking forward to him showcasing his talents.

2012 is another year of equipment upgrades as well as more building upgrades and your membership dues help us in that challenge. The dues structure this year represents a 3% increase and is the first since 2008. Although it's always a little painful to see a price increase; they are necessary, are kept to a minimum, and are always reinvested into the operation to give you, our members, a better product year after year. Thanks for your continuued support.

League sign up is just around the corner. The tournament calendar is out and the events calendar is included with this letter. Reference your membership packet and join in on the fun. You won't find a better way to enjoy the game and meet new people. The various events as well as league play are open to all calibers of golfers. Don't feel intimidated, everyone is out to take in some sun and have a little fun. You will fit right in.
