TeleBudgie Route ® is an add-on software module of TeleBudgie ® where fleet managers / operators can force a vehicle to travel on a predefined route from source to destination(s).
Whenever a vehicle deviates from the specified route, fleet managers are informed via email and/or via SMS that the vehicle is deviating from the route. This functionality is intended to assist fleet managers visually (Google maps) as well as informative text.

Geofencing
A Geofence is a virtual area marked on a map which means that every time a vehicle enters or leaves the designated area the system is alerted. This is useful for tracking vehicles travelling between depots or customer locations to prevent any deviation from the route OR visit to an unwanted area. Users can register any new depot(s), outlets and sales points by drawing that area on Google earth.

TeleBudgie FMS stores information about employees as address, phone number, wage, drivers license number and expiration, productivity statistics, and certifications. Employee records need to be added for all mechanics that will be working on or managing vehicles.

Produce complete repair histories for each vehicle, including parts and labour. Review your repair costs in a variety of ways, geographic location, department, type, ID number, etc.
TeleBudgie WayBill ® is a Goods Despatch and Delivery Confirmation System available as an add-on module in TeleBudgie Route.
WayBill: It is a document issued by a carrier giving details and instructions relating to the shipment of a consignment of goods. Typically it will show the names of the consignor and consignee, the point of origin of the consignment, its destination, route, and quantity of cargo. When vehicle leaves from source TeleBudgie Route system starts monitoring it on the designated journey. An authorized person on the receiving end (consignee) can confirm the delivery of goods by sending a formatted SMS to us.

A major disadvantage of using SQL Replication is that after a long period of disconnection and re-tries, it becomes necessary to re-start replication from scratch and re-create and overwrite destination databases. When bandwidth is limited, it is impossible to replicate in full a particularly large database. xPert Technologies has now developed a flexible alternative to SQL replication called xPT Replication ®.
