BOURNEMOUTH 2011Another great tournament. FC came through the pool games undefeated but unfortunately did not get enough wins on the scoresheet to qualify for the final. FC were the only team not to suffer a loss. Rovers had a very good run in their pool and , while not qualifying for the final either, had beaten the eventual winners in their pool game!HALLIFORD 2010The final tournament of the Under 8s season and once again Rocks Lane fielded both FC and Rovers.FC had a fantastic set of games, coming second in their group and only loosing to Esher Wizards who had been undefeated all season. Final results were 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. Goals came from Oscar, HY and a classic final goal from Calum to finish a great 2009-10 season.Rovers results tbcESHER TOURNAMENT 2010Again only FC attended this tournament and once again remain undefeated in local derbys with 4 wins and 2 draws. Some fantastic football with a win against a side that were clearly better! Final results - 4 wins and 2 draws. Goals came from Hagi (2), Fin, HY and Oscar.CLAYGATE TOURNAMENT 2010FC attended the Claygate tournament and acquitted themselves well. with 4 wins and 1 draw. Goals came from Hagi (4), Hugo (3), Oscar(2) and HY.BOURNEMOUTH 2010Once again we return to our old stomping ground, but this time with two teams - both FC & Rovers. A total of 65 (or so) people turned up to support. FC were lucky in finding a few Under 7s in their group, while Rovers encountered some tough opposition. FC finished with 4 wins, 1 draw & 1 loss (0-0, 1-0, 5-0, 0-1, 2-1, 3-0). After some hard fought matches they met local rivals Barnes Eagles Colts for the ultimate show down. Silky skills on both sides, but Rocks Lane held on to win their first tournament!BOURNEMOUTH 2009The end of the season tournament to Bournemouth and Rocks Lane send a squad of players to represent west London. Inspite of being u7 and playing in the u8 tournament, the boys acquitted themselves well. Six matches in total: 0-2, 0-1, 0-2, 0-1, 0-0, 0-1. Coaching
The coaching team is made up of Tom (FC), Sam (Rovers, United & Colts), with Sam overseeing all coaching at Rocks Lane. Coaching sessions for the u10 squad are on Thursdays from 5.30pm - 7.00pm.
