Room 7 News:
I am so excited introduce you to my new website. I hope you will find some useful tools to inform and encourage both you and your child in their first grade year. Most of the site is dedicated to literacy. This is a website that is in progress! I am learning how to fix and create my site. The goal is that it will be clear, helpful and easy to navigate. I will let the students know when if there is any important updates to the site. Please navigate around the site to get an idea for what to expect. On the home page you will be able click on links below the "CAFE" to learn more ways to help improve reading. I plan to have a bookshelf that each student can share their favorite books that they enjoy reading at home. Be looking on their reading logs for the spot where they can write their favorite book to be added to the bookshelf. Please understand that while I plan to improve and add to the site my first priority is planning for small group and individual instruction to help improve each students reading. The time spent on this site is additional and my technology tolerance can fluctuate depending on how it is cooperating with my goals. Thank you for visiting the site and enjoy ... Mrs. Jorgensen
