Introduction
TeBazile Wealth Management was formed by Charmaine Faul and Marius de Jager, both formerly from Absa Insurance and Financial Advisers.
Marius and Charmaine decided to further their careers in an independent capacity.
Marius has since moved on to Discovery, and will be part of Tebazile in a silent capacity.
Background of Marius and Charmaine
Charmaine started in the industry as a short term broker within the Absa Brokers structure in 2000. During her service with Absa, Charmaine changed her focus area from being a short term broker to being a fully fledged financial adviser.
She was contracted within Absa Brokers to provide financial advice to the small and medium business clients as well as the high net worth clients.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Wealth management and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Marius started his career in the financial industry in 1988 with Santam insurance company and joined Sanlam in 1989.
As part of a team of brokers Marius formed the initial Absa Corporate Brokers in 1991, currently known as AIFA Large Business Brokers from where his career in the medium and large business unit in Absa brokers led to being an independent corporate financial consultant to being a manager within Absa Brokers before joining forces with Charmaine to form TeBazile.
