"Here's a tip, do it quick!"
WELCOME to QuickerTipper™
QuickerTipper™, LLC is an engineering design firm that provides creative solutions to green companies. Our company's flagship product is the QuickerTipper™. The device is designed to simplify the process of dumping food waste (pulp) into biodigestion systems. Biodigestion systems harness the methane produced from food waste and convert it to electricity using multifuel turbines to power generators. Typically these types of systems can be found at wastewater treatment facilities all over the world.

Why use a QuickerTipper™?
Food waste commonly arrives at waste management facilities in trashcans in non-biodegradable plastic liners. By replacing plastic liners with comparably priced biodegradable corn-based ones the entire contents of a trashcan can be dumped into a biodigester, liner and all. Using biodegradable liners in combination with the QuickerTipper™ provides many significant advantages. The QuickerTipper eliminates the need for a large hydraulic lift and can be installed in under 20 minutes. It cuts dumping time down to a matter of seconds and phases out the need to hose off plastic liners and throw them away. Best of all, due to the simplicity of the QuickerTipper™ it is extremely safe and affordable.
MANAGEMENT team
QuickerTipper™ is lead by cofounders Stephen Parkhill and Cory Knecht. Stephen is a senior at Purdue University studying mechanical engineering. He has over two years of industry related experience working as a product design engineer for Robert Bosch LLC. Cory Knecht, also a senior at Purdue Univerity, is studying organizational leadership management and has three years of manufacturing experience.

HOW to use the QuickerTipper
The QuickerTipper™ is a device that simplifies the process of dumping biodegradable trash bags from a trashcan into a waste pit. The two cast iron pieces that make up the base (pictured) bolt to the ground in front of a waste pit. They are positioned to avoid interference with the lid of the pit and are spaced apart in parallel according to the width of the trashcan wheels. Once they are in place, dumping trash becomes a quick and easy process. The first step is to attach the QuickerTipper™ leash to the rear of the canister via the leash clip (pictured). Next, while holding the free end of the leash, the trashcan should be rolled up the ramps until it drops into place such that the wheels are cradled in the QuickerTipper™ base. Before tipping the trashcan, an important step is to ensure the leash is hanging freely and that it is not caught on anything. By pushing the trashcan forward it will pivot about the wheel axel, swing into the pit, and consequently dump the biodegradable trash bag. Finally, the hanging trashcan should be pulled back into an upright position via the QuickerTipper™ leash.
OUR PRODUCT
TARGET market
The QuickerTipper™ was designed for waste management firms that intake food waste to produce energy through a biodigestion process. Energy production through biodigestion is new and growing market that has the potential to be implemented near college campuses, amusement parks, and other commercial areas that produce large amounts of food waste. The target market for QuickerTipper™ is any waste management facility looking to streamline the food waste intake process.
