About LRMCAwarded by the City of Miami for outstanding work within the communityFashion Designers Expos Let the Runway Meet the Cause campaign was created to bridge the irresistible glamour and power of the Fashion Industry and the HEART of top non-profit organizations to impact the world and bring dreams to reality.Each FDE season highlights a great cause. The Fall shows in October honor Breast Cancer Awareness month with PINK Hits the Runway where models are dressed in all PINK and PINK roses are handed out to all survivors and charity staff. The FDE team also coordinated a dynamic photo shoot featuring breast cancer survivor Melody Saleh, owner of Gem Couture, and Tiffany Richardson from Tyra Banks Americas Next Top Model along with top South Florida models.The 2010 Spring FDE Florida Let the Runway Meet the Cause for Kids in Distress. Kids within the community hit the runway in yellow in honor of the Kids in Distress logo. Disney Radio performer and Universal Recording artist Josiah Rea performed in a tribute to the organization along with Arrivederci the Band. The FDE owners took a tour of the Kids in Distress campus and fell in love with its purpose in the community. Our kids have a safe haven to run to. I can trust that Kids in Distress does everything they can to keep all of our kids safe from the horror of abuse and neglect, says co-owner Karine Melissa.Spring 2011, LRMC focused on education and made the Ovetown Youth Center;A Program of Alonzo Mourning Charities the primary beneficiary for the season.The Fashion Industry came together and donated school supplies to the kids.

Photo shoots have been sponsored by the luxurious 5 star Atlantic Hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach, whiteSPACE, and the Newport Beachside Resort on Sunny Isles Beach. Models and production crews were awe-struck by her passion, determination, and aura of strength. Photographers from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale were proud to be a part of such an amazing movement.
